This episode was recorded for the VOICE podcast with Ryan Clarke as my guest speaker, and it really opened my eyes to Men's Mental Health and how as society and individuals we need to be considering the root causes of depression, anxiety and suicides in Men - that being Testosterone levels.

Ryan Parke is The Men's Coach - a TEDx Speaker specialising in how hormones, lifestyle and goal setting impact male mental health. 

His findings are based on many studies on how low testosterone is a key factor to poor mental health in men and one of the biggest killer to our husbands, sons and brothers, is suicide, and it has been inspired by his own journey of loss.

This is a must listen for both Men and Women!
