THE SECRET TO OUR HEALTH

We have so much to learn from these wonderful creatures that are intrinsic for ours and the planets health as one!

During lockdown in April 2020, I had in my mind over and over again, the image of the bee and the hexagon of the hive.

I interpreted these images to say that we need to be more like these wonderful creatures, to BeMoreBee in how we support one another in our colonies, yet supporting others in how we serve and show up in the World.

The awareness of the impact of our choices and actions, to understand how our actions affect the balance of the World, to only take what we need and to give back in balance, to create sustainability and harmony.

The feeling was that the bees held the answer. As there are more viruses and bacteria in our soil, air and water than there are stars in the universe, which we and our beautiful bees are exposed to daily to potential illness and disease, so how do the bees protect themselves?

The key is in their honey!

Propolis-

  • Raw honey contains bee pollen and bee propolis, which is a sticky, glue-like substance bees use to hold their hive together.

  • Propolis has also shown promise as an aid in the treatment of various of the comorbidities that are particularly dangerous in COVID-19 patients, including respiratory diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and cancer.

  • Coenzyme Q10 is found in propolis -its molecular structure is a hexagon!

  • CoQ10 is found anywhere in the body, and is found in high concentration in tissues with high energy turnover such as heart, brain, liver, and kidney

  • CoQ10 is necessary for performing several biological functions in the body. It functions as an antioxidant and plays a vital role in neutralizing free radicals, protecting cells from oxidative stress and lowering the risk of developing chronic diseases.

  • CoQ10 alongside Zinc, selenium, vitamin D and vitamin C has shown huge benefits against the COVID virus and post viral fatigue

Manuka Honey-

  • MGO stands for Methylglyoxal which is the organic compound responsible for Manuka honey's strong antibacterial and antiviral properties.

  • Manuka honey has been shown to fight bacteria that cause upper respiratory infections. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Burkholderia are two common bacteria that can cause serious upper respiratory infections, especially in vulnerable populations.

We have a lot to learn from these wonderful creatures, how they support one another in each other’s health and survival and how we can conserve their health, that is at risk through the effects of our farming with herbicides, pesticides including glyphosate, which has been linked to inflammatory diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease and the increasing numbers of learning behaviour issues in our younger generations, mainly due to the breaking down of key protein molecular structures within our gastrointestinal system that are intrinsic to our health and wellbeing mind and body.

It is Love that bonds us to our friends and family

Through this Love we connect to one another and become part of a community

These communities then connect to each other forming our Counties and Our Country, becoming a collectively supported colony

Whilst the colony functions well together, it is unable to survive without other colonies

Our survival and fragility of life rests delicately on the collective biodiversity of ONE another,

Our Communities

Our Countries

Our World

With Love we can hold Our Planet

INDIVIDUALLY we CHANGE

COLLECTIVELY we EVOLVE
